Terms Version: August, 2026
These Master Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, quotations, invoices, payment requests, travel packages, travel services, website use, and related services provided by One More Holiday LLC (“OMH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website, requesting a quotation, approving an invoice, making payment, authorizing payment, signing an authorization form, replying with written approval, or instructing OMH to proceed with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply together with your invoice, booking summary, itinerary, written quotation, payment request, credit-card/payment authorization form, and any written confirmation issued by OMH.

  1. Company Information

One More Holiday LLC is a travel agency registered in Albany, New York.

Legal Name: One More Holiday LLC
Registered Address: 54 State St STE 804, Albany, New York 12207-2524

  1. Definitions

“Customer,” “you,” or “your” means the person requesting a quote, approving a booking, making payment, authorizing payment, using OMH services, or accepting these Terms.

“Traveler,” “passenger,” or “guest” means any person listed on a booking, invoice, itinerary, ticket, hotel voucher, visa application, transfer, tour, or package.

“Lead traveler” means the person identified as the primary contact or main traveler for the booking.

“Payer” or “cardholder” means the person, business, or organization making payment or authorizing payment for the booking.

“Supplier” means any independent third-party service provider, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, resorts, apartments, visa processors, transportation providers, tour operators, guides, consolidators, wholesalers, bed banks, payment processors, government authorities, immigration authorities, airports, and other service providers.

“Booking summary” means the written document, invoice, quotation, itinerary, or confirmation that lists the services included in the booking.

  1. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all services arranged by OMH, including but not limited to:

  • Holiday packages;
  • Flight-only bookings;
  • Hotel-only bookings;
  • Visa-only services;
  • Transfer-only services;
  • Tours, activities and guide services;
  • Group packages;
  • Customized travel packages;
  • Any other travel-related service arranged by OMH.
  1. OMH Role as Travel Agent, Intermediary, and Arranger

OMH acts as a travel agent, intermediary, and arranger of travel services. OMH arranges services through independent third-party suppliers.

OMH does not own, operate, manage, inspect, supervise, or control the aircraft, airlines, hotels, rooms, buildings, vehicles, drivers, guides, tour operators, visa authorities, airports, immigration authorities, government agencies, payment processors, consolidators, wholesalers, or other third-party suppliers that provide the travel services.

The actual performance of flights, hotel stays, visas, transfers, tours, guide services, airport services, immigration services, and other travel components is the responsibility of the relevant supplier, operator, authority, or service provider.

Each supplier may have its own terms, conditions, fare rules, cancellation rules, refund rules, amendment rules, penalties, schedules, service standards, baggage rules, check-in rules, visa rules, hotel policies, transport rules, and operational procedures. These supplier rules may apply in addition to OMH Terms.

OMH will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist customers with supplier-related issues where possible. However, OMH does not guarantee that any supplier will approve a refund, credit, waiver, compensation, upgrade, alternate arrangement, or exception.

  1. Booking Authority and Responsibility for Travelers

The person approving a booking confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of all travelers listed in the booking.

This authority includes the right to provide traveler information, approve the itinerary, authorize payment, accept these Terms, request changes, receive booking communications, approve cancellation requests, and make decisions for the booking.

The customer is responsible for reviewing all booking details before OMH proceeds, including but not limited to:

  • Traveler names exactly as shown on passports;
  • Dates of birth, gender, nationality, passport details, and traveler information;
  • Travel dates, airports, routes, layovers, destinations, and return details;
  • Hotel names, room types, occupancy, meal plans, views, and stay dates;
  • Visa requirements and traveler eligibility;
  • Package inclusions;
  • Payment amount, payment deadline, payment method, and refundability terms.

Any error, omission, spelling mistake, incorrect traveler detail, wrong date, wrong route, wrong room selection, wrong document information, or missing requirement must be reported to OMH before tickets, hotels, visas, transfers, tours, or other services are submitted, issued, confirmed, or booked.

Once services are submitted, issued, confirmed, or booked, corrections may not be possible and may result in additional charges, cancellation penalties, fare differences, supplier fees, reissue fees, amendment fees, or loss of payment.

  1. Customer Acceptance and Written Confirmation

A booking may be accepted by signing an invoice, signing a payment authorization form, replying by email, replying by WhatsApp, making payment, authorizing payment, or instructing OMH to proceed.

For purposes of acceptance, any clear written approval sent from the customer, lead traveler, payer, cardholder, or authorized person shall be treated as confirmation and authorization to proceed. This includes replies such as “confirmed,” “agreed,” “approved,” “okay,” “ok,” “yes,” “proceed,” “go ahead,” or similar wording, when sent after the invoice, booking summary, itinerary, quotation, or payment request has been provided.

If the customer replies only to an OMH agent, consultant, or representative instead of replying to all recipients, that reply will still be treated as valid confirmation to OMH. The customer authorizes OMH to internally forward, store, archive, and rely on that confirmation for booking, payment, recordkeeping, supplier, chargeback, or dispute-resolution purposes.

A customer’s failure to reply-all, failure to copy OMH support, or decision to send confirmation only to the assigned OMH agent does not invalidate the customer’s approval, acceptance, payment authorization, or instruction to proceed, provided the confirmation was sent from an email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, or communication channel reasonably associated with the booking.

  1. Quotes, Availability, and Booking Confirmation

All prices, quotes, fares, hotel rates, visa fees, transfer costs, tour costs, package prices, taxes, and availability are subject to change until confirmed by the relevant supplier and, where applicable, ticketed, vouchered, issued, or finalized.

Payment alone does not guarantee that the quoted fare, hotel, room type, visa, transfer, tour, or package component remains available. OMH will use commercially reasonable efforts to secure the quoted arrangements after payment is received.

A booking is confirmed only when OMH provides written confirmation and, where applicable, airline ticket numbers, hotel vouchers, supplier confirmation numbers, visa confirmation, transfer confirmation, tour confirmation, or other final booking documents.

If availability changes, the supplier changes pricing, or a component cannot be confirmed, OMH may offer available alternatives. Any additional cost must be approved by the customer before OMH proceeds.

If the customer does not accept an available alternative, refundability will depend on the status of each component, supplier rules, OMH services already performed, payment-processing deductions, and applicable law.

  1. Booking Summary, Included Services, and Excluded Services

The invoice and/or booking summary will list the services included in the package. Only services expressly listed as included are included in the package price.

Anything not specifically listed as included on the invoice, booking summary, itinerary, quotation, or written confirmation is not included and remains the customer’s or traveler’s responsibility.

Examples of items not included unless expressly listed include, but are not limited to:

  • Airline baggage fees, excess baggage, carry-on charges, seat selection, upgrades, priority boarding, meals, wheelchair assistance, special assistance, or airline ancillary services;
  • Hotel city taxes, resort fees, tourism fees, security deposits, incidental holds, local charges, or mandatory property fees;
  • Early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, special bedding requests, connecting rooms, room views, high-floor requests, or hotel amenities not confirmed in writing;
  • Meals, breakfast, room service, minibar, laundry, gratuities, tips, porterage, or personal expenses;
  • Travel insurance, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, quarantine costs, or health-related expenses;
  • Visa overstay fines, immigration penalties, transit visas, document correction fees, vaccination costs, or health-document costs;
  • Transfers, tours, guide services, airport assistance, or local services unless listed as included;
  • Costs caused by missed flights, denied boarding, no-show, late arrival, passenger error, immigration refusal, or independently booked arrangements.

Where OMH is aware of mandatory hotel, resort, tourism, city, property, or local charges before booking, OMH will disclose such charges before purchase where required by applicable law. Fees charged directly by the hotel, supplier, government, or local authority and not collected by OMH remain payable by the traveler directly to the relevant provider.

  1. Non-Refundable Package Policy

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by OMH on the invoice, booking summary, written quotation, or written confirmation, all packages, deposits, partial payments, and full payments are non-refundable once OMH has started the booking process, submitted supplier requests, issued tickets, reserved hotels, submitted visa applications, confirmed transfers, arranged tours, or committed funds to suppliers.

Any exception to the non-refundable policy must be clearly stated in writing by OMH before payment or before OMH proceeds with the booking.

A package may contain several components, including flights, hotels, visas, transfers, tours, guides, supplier fees, service fees, administrative fees, payment-processing costs, and other travel services. Even if one component becomes refundable, other components may remain non-refundable, used, partially used, restricted, or subject to supplier penalties.

Nothing in this non-refundable policy limits any refund right required by applicable federal, state, or local law.

  1. Payments and Deadlines

Unless a written payment plan has been issued and agreed by OMH, all packages require complete same-day payment or payment by the deadline stated on the invoice, quotation, payment request, or written communication from OMH.

A payment plan is valid only if it is confirmed in writing by OMH before the payment deadline. Verbal discussions, customer requests, installment expectations, or pending payment-plan discussions do not extend the payment deadline unless OMH confirms the payment plan in writing.

Failure to make same-day payment, or failure to pay by the deadline stated by OMH, may result in:

  • Cancellation of the booking or selected components;
  • Loss of fare, rate, room, seat, visa slot, transfer, tour, or package availability;
  • Increase in airfare, hotel rate, visa cost, tax, transfer cost, tour cost, or package price;
  • Supplier penalties, cancellation charges, amendment fees, reissue fees, or administrative fees;
  • Forfeiture of any non-refundable deposit, partial payment, or supplier-committed amount;
  • Delay in ticket issuance, visa submission, hotel confirmation, transfer confirmation, tour confirmation, or final documentation;
  • Loss of refundability, voiding eligibility, supplier waiver eligibility, or other time-sensitive supplier options.

If a customer does not make payment on the same day or by the stated deadline without a written payment plan agreed by OMH, the customer will be responsible for any fare difference, tax difference, supplier price increase, availability loss, cancellation penalty, refund loss, reissue cost, amendment cost, or other additional cost or consequence caused by the delay.

If payment is delayed because of bank processing, wire transfer delays, Zelle limits, card authorization issues, payment holds, weekends, holidays, incorrect payment details, third-party processing delays, or any issue outside OMH control, any resulting fare difference, supplier penalty, loss of availability, loss of refundability, or price increase will be the customer’s responsibility.

Payments must be made only through the official payment method or account details provided by OMH on the invoice, official payment request, or verified OMH communication. OMH is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts, altered payment instructions, impersonators, third parties, or any account not expressly authorized by OMH in writing.

  1. Payment Methods

OMH may accept payment through Zelle, ACH, wire transfer, cash deposit, PayPal, credit card, approved payment link, or any other method expressly approved by OMH in writing.

Payment instructions may vary by booking. Customers must follow the payment instructions provided on the invoice, payment request, or verified OMH communication.

A payment is not considered received until funds are actually available to OMH or the relevant payment processor confirms successful payment.

  1. Credit Card Payments, Processing Surcharge, and Authorization

Credit card payments may be subject to a credit-card processing surcharge where permitted by applicable law and card-network rules. The surcharge will be disclosed before payment.

Credit card processing fees, merchant fees, and payment surcharges are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Debit cards and prepaid cards will not be surcharged where prohibited by applicable law or card-network rules.

If a credit-card surcharge applies, it will not exceed the permitted cost of acceptance or applicable card-network cap, and it will be disclosed before payment and separately identified where required.

For credit card payments, OMH may require a signed authorization form, cardholder confirmation, billing details, transaction confirmation, and/or identity verification where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or unauthorized use.

Card details, security codes, identity documents, and payment records must be handled only through approved secure procedures. OMH may retain payment authorization records, transaction proof, invoice records, cardholder approval, and related communications as reasonably necessary for booking, accounting, legal, compliance, chargeback, and dispute-resolution purposes.

  1. Third-Party Payers and Cardholders

If payment is made by a person, cardholder, business, or organization that is not one of the listed travelers, the payer confirms that they are authorized to pay for the booking and that the payment is made voluntarily for the benefit of the listed traveler(s).

The payer understands that they may not be the traveler, but the payment remains subject to the invoice, booking summary, supplier rules, cancellation terms, refund terms, OMH Terms & Conditions, and applicable law.

Any refund, credit, cancellation, amendment, or chargeback-related request may require written authorization from the lead traveler, payer, cardholder, or other authorized person, depending on the circumstances.

A third-party payment does not create separate refund rights beyond those stated in the invoice, booking summary, supplier rules, OMH Terms & Conditions, and applicable law.

  1. Payment Plans

A payment plan is available only if OMH agrees to it in writing. Until a written payment plan has been issued and agreed by OMH, the booking remains subject to same-day payment or the payment deadline stated on the invoice, quotation, payment request, or written communication from OMH.

A customer’s request for a payment plan does not reserve fares, hotels, rooms, visas, transfers, tours, or package availability unless OMH confirms otherwise in writing.

A payment plan does not guarantee that all package components will remain available at the same price until the final payment is made, unless specifically confirmed in writing by OMH.

If a supplier requires earlier payment, immediate ticketing, hotel guarantee, visa submission, transfer confirmation, or earlier balance settlement to avoid cancellation, price increase, or loss of availability, the customer must pay the required amount within the revised deadline provided by OMH.

Failure to comply with the payment plan, same-day payment requirement, or revised supplier deadline may result in cancellation, price change, loss of availability, supplier penalty, refund loss, reissue cost, amendment cost, or forfeiture of non-refundable amounts.

  1. Immediate Booking Authorization

Travel services are time-sensitive and may involve same-day ticketing, limited fares, limited hotel availability, visa submissions, transfer confirmations, tour arrangements, supplier deadlines, and immediate supplier commitments.

By signing an invoice, replying with written approval, making a deposit, making full payment, authorizing payment, or instructing OMH to proceed, the customer authorizes OMH to begin arranging, booking, ticketing, reserving, submitting, confirming, and/or committing funds to suppliers immediately.

The customer understands that once OMH begins work or commits funds based on authorization, some or all booking components may become non-refundable, non-changeable, restricted, issued, submitted, confirmed, or subject to airline, hotel, visa provider, transfer provider, tour operator, consolidator, payment processor, or other supplier penalties.

  1. Amendments and Changes

All change requests must be submitted to OMH in writing.

Changes are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier availability, fare rules, hotel policies, visa rules, transfer-provider rules, tour-operator rules, penalties, administrative fees, fare differences, rate differences, and applicable law.

Any change requested after ticketing, hotel confirmation, visa submission, transfer confirmation, tour confirmation, or supplier commitment may be restricted, unavailable, or non-refundable.

OMH is not responsible for any loss, cost, or inconvenience caused by a customer-requested change, delayed response, incorrect information, failure to approve additional charges in time, or supplier refusal to make a requested change.

  1. Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted to OMH in writing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all packages are non-refundable once OMH has started work, submitted supplier requests, issued tickets, reserved hotels, submitted visas, confirmed transfers, arranged tours, or committed funds to suppliers.

If any supplier allows a refund, credit, waiver, or partial refund, OMH will process the eligible amount after applying any supplier penalties, non-refundable components, used services, partially used services, service fees, administrative fees, payment-processing deductions, and applicable law.

No refund is due for unused services caused by late arrival, missed flight, no-show, early departure, passenger illness, denied boarding, immigration refusal, traveler choice, failure to provide documents, personal legal restrictions, custody issues, guardianship issues, court orders, independently booked travel disruption, or circumstances outside OMH reasonable control, unless required by applicable law or approved by the relevant supplier.

  1. OMH Administrative and Service Fees

OMH may charge administrative fees, service fees, refund-processing fees, cancellation-processing fees, amendment fees, reissue-handling fees, documentation fees, or other service-related fees for work performed by OMH.

OMH service fees and administrative fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law once OMH has started work, provided consultation, prepared quotations, arranged services, submitted requests, processed payments, handled supplier communication, issued documents, assisted with changes, or performed booking-related services.

The applicable administrative or service fee may be communicated in writing by the relevant OMH agent, consultant, or support representative. The final refund calculation, if any, may include supplier penalties, non-refundable supplier amounts, used services, OMH service fees, administrative fees, and payment-processing deductions, subject to applicable law.

  1. Refund Processing

Where a refund is permitted, OMH will submit the refund request to the applicable supplier, consolidator, airline, hotel, visa provider, transport provider, tour operator, payment processor, or other relevant party.

Refund timing depends on the applicable supplier, payment processor, bank, card network, consolidator, airline, hotel, visa provider, and applicable law.

OMH cannot guarantee supplier refund timelines. A pending supplier refund does not mean OMH has received refundable funds.

Refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.

OMH may deduct disclosed administrative fees, service fees, processing fees, supplier penalties, payment-processing deductions, or non-refundable amounts from any permitted refund, subject to applicable law.

  1. Flights, Airlines, and Schedule Changes

Airlines control flight schedules, routes, aircraft, operating carriers, seat assignments, baggage policies, check-in rules, boarding decisions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, airport operations, and rebooking options.

OMH is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections, misconnections, denied boarding, baggage issues, aircraft changes, airport changes, seat changes, operating-carrier changes, or airline operational decisions.

Travelers must reconfirm their flights directly with the airline at least seventy-two (72) hours before departure and again on the day of travel.

Travelers should arrive at the airport at least three (3) hours before international flights and two (2) hours before domestic flights, unless the airline or airport requires earlier arrival.

Where flights are issued under separate PNRs, separate tickets, different airlines, codeshare arrangements, self-transfer arrangements, or independently booked segments, each booking is separate. OMH does not guarantee baggage through-checking, connection protection, airport transfers, immigration clearance time, rebooking protection, or protection against missed onward travel.

If an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight and the traveler does not accept the airline’s offered alternative, refund or rebooking rights will be handled according to applicable law, airline policy, fare rules, and ticketing procedures.

  1. Baggage, Seats, and Airline Ancillary Services

Baggage allowance, checked-bag fees, carry-on rules, excess baggage, seat selection, boarding priority, meals, special assistance, wheelchair assistance, and other airline ancillary services are controlled by the airline and may vary by fare type, route, operating carrier, codeshare partner, ticket, cabin, loyalty status, separate PNR, and separate ticket.

Travelers are advised to check all the PNR and E-tickets before Void time-limit once they’re shared by OMH for any discrepancy, including but not limited to Baggage; Name of Passengers; Titles; Flight No; Routing; Airports; Transit Time; Connection Validity.

Unless expressly listed as included on the invoice or booking summary, baggage, seat selection, and airline ancillary services are not included.

Where an itinerary includes multiple airlines, codeshare flights, separate tickets, separate PNRs, or independently booked segments, baggage may not be checked through to the final destination and additional baggage charges may apply.

OMH is not responsible for airline baggage charges, baggage disputes, excess baggage fees, denied baggage acceptance, airline ancillary-service charges, or baggage-through-check issues unless OMH expressly confirmed those services in writing as included.

  1. Independently Booked Travel Arrangements

OMH is responsible only for the services expressly listed as included on the invoice or booking summary.

If a traveler books any flight, hotel, transfer, visa, tour, insurance, or other travel arrangement independently or through another provider, OMH is not responsible for any loss, cancellation, delay, missed service, denied boarding, schedule change, connection issue, or additional cost arising from that independently booked arrangement.

If independently booked flights or services are delayed, cancelled, changed, missed, or unusable, any OMH-arranged hotel, transfer, visa, tour, or package component will remain subject to its own supplier rules and refundability terms. Non-refundable OMH-arranged services will not become refundable solely because an independently booked arrangement was disrupted.

  1. Hotels and Property Standards

Hotels, resorts, apartments, and accommodation providers control room allocation, bedding configuration, room size, views, floors, amenities, cleanliness, maintenance, shuttle service, meals, staff service, check-in procedure, deposits, incidental holds, accessibility features, and property standards.

OMH arranges accommodation based on supplier information and customer approval. OMH does not own, operate, manage, inspect, or control hotel properties.

Hotel star ratings, photos, descriptions, room views, location, proximity, distance estimates, shuttle details, renovation notices, and amenity information are based on supplier, hotel, or third-party information and may vary.

If a hotel issue occurs during travel, the traveler must report it promptly to hotel management and to OMH while the traveler is still at the property. The hotel must be given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

OMH will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist with documented check-in or reservation issues, but OMH does not guarantee hotel service quality, room condition, amenities, views, shuttle operations, staff behavior, maintenance standards, changes, refunds, or compensation from the hotel.

  1. Suitability, Special Requests, and Fitness for Particular Purpose

OMH arranges travel services based on the information provided by the customer and the services expressly listed on the invoice or booking summary.

Unless OMH expressly confirms a specific requirement in writing, OMH does not guarantee that any hotel, room type, location, airline, transfer, tour, guide service, or package component will meet a traveler’s personal preference, religious preference, medical need, mobility need, accessibility need, family requirement, room-sharing preference, view preference, proximity expectation, or other particular purpose.

Customers must disclose any essential requirement before booking. OMH will use commercially reasonable efforts to request such requirements from suppliers, but supplier acceptance, availability, and fulfillment are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by the supplier and OMH.

Special requests, including but not limited to bedding requests, room views, adjoining rooms, high floors, dietary preferences, wheelchair assistance, mobility assistance, religious preferences, or medical needs, are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by the supplier and OMH.

  1. Transfers, Tours, Guides, and Third-Party Destination Services

Transfers, tours, guide services, airport assistance, local transportation, and other destination services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

OMH may arrange these services on your behalf, but does not own or control the vehicles, drivers, guides, local operators, schedules, routes, road conditions, traffic conditions, crowd-control procedures, or local operational decisions.

Pickup times, routes, vehicle type, guide availability, and tour sequence may change due to traffic, weather, local regulations, crowd control, supplier operations, road closures, security restrictions, or circumstances outside OMH control.

Third-party service issues must be reported promptly during travel so that OMH and/or the supplier can attempt to assist.

  1. Passports, Visas, Immigration, and Travel Documents

Each traveler is solely responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa, transit visa, vaccination record, health certificate, immigration document, parental-consent document, custody document, and all other travel documents are valid and sufficient for the entire journey.

Unless otherwise advised in writing for a specific itinerary, passports should generally be valid for at least six (6) months after the intended return date.

Visa issuance does not guarantee airline boarding, transit approval, immigration clearance, or entry into any country. Final decisions are made by airlines, airports, immigration authorities, border officers, government agencies, and destination authorities.

OMH is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, detention, missed services, additional costs, cancellation penalties, or loss caused by invalid, expired, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or missing travel documents.

Visa fees, visa service fees, and visa-related charges are generally non-refundable once submitted or processed, unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.

  1. Traveler Eligibility, Personal Circumstances, and Legal Restrictions

Travelers are responsible for confirming that they are legally and practically able to travel before booking.

OMH is not responsible for cancellation, denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, unused services, or additional costs caused by personal circumstances, court orders, custody issues, guardianship restrictions, family disputes, legal disputes, criminal matters, immigration history, unpaid fines, health restrictions, employment restrictions, school restrictions, lack of consent from another parent or guardian, or any other personal or legal issue affecting a traveler’s ability to travel.

If a traveler cannot travel because of any such issue, all flights, hotels, visas, transfers, tours, and package components will remain subject to the applicable supplier rules, refundability terms, OMH Terms & Conditions, and applicable law.

  1. Minors and Child Travelers

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for all minors included in the booking.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that minors have all required passports, visas, parental-consent letters, custody documents, airline approvals, and immigration documents.

Any minor traveling without both parents, traveling with one parent, traveling with relatives, or traveling separately from adults may be subject to additional airline, immigration, transit, or destination-country requirements.

Unaccompanied minor travel, child-only tickets, or minors traveling separately from adults must be approved by the relevant airline and supplier. OMH does not guarantee boarding, acceptance, or transportation of a minor where airline, airport, immigration, or safety rules prevent travel.

Child accommodation, bedding, breakfast, and occupancy rules vary by hotel and supplier. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, children are not automatically entitled to free accommodation, free breakfast, extra beds, or special room arrangements.

  1. Group Bookings

Group bookings may involve group fares, group hotel allocations, shared transfers, shared guides, room-sharing arrangements, minimum passenger counts, deposit deadlines, balance deadlines, and supplier-specific cancellation rules.

A change in passenger count, rooming list, traveler names, travel dates, or payment status may affect the package price, room allocation, transfer cost, group fare, guide arrangement, or availability.

Group deposits, partial payments, and confirmed group arrangements may be non-refundable once OMH begins work, submits group requests, secures allocations, reserves services, issues tickets, confirms rooms, or commits funds to suppliers.

The group leader or person approving the group booking confirms that they are authorized to communicate with OMH and accept booking terms on behalf of the group members, unless OMH is informed otherwise in writing.

  1. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Unless expressly stated as included on the invoice or booking summary, travel insurance is not included.

Travelers are responsible for obtaining suitable insurance for cancellation, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, missed connections, baggage issues, travel disruption, illness, death, supplier failure, and other foreseeable risks.

Declining travel insurance may limit the traveler’s ability to recover losses caused by cancellation, illness, emergency, delay, interruption, denied boarding, supplier failure, or other unexpected events.

  1. Health, Fitness, Medical Needs, and Special Assistance

Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are physically, medically, and legally able to undertake the selected travel package.

Some travel services, tours, destination activities, airports, transfers, hotel locations, and walking routes may involve physical exertion, crowds, heat, stairs, long distances, waiting periods, and conditions that may not be suitable for every traveler.

Travelers with medical conditions, pregnancy-related concerns, mobility needs, disability-related needs, dietary needs, or special assistance requirements must disclose those requirements in writing before booking.

OMH may request assistance from suppliers but cannot guarantee that any airline, hotel, transport provider, guide, airport, authority, or supplier will provide the requested assistance unless confirmed in writing by the supplier and OMH.

OMH does not provide medical care, nursing care, mobility support, personal care, supervision, lifting assistance, feeding assistance, or personal escort services unless expressly included in writing.

  1. Behavior, Damage, and Traveler Conduct

Travelers are responsible for their conduct during travel.

Travelers must comply with airline rules, hotel rules, transport rules, tour rules, visa conditions, government regulations, local site rules, and local laws.

If a traveler causes damage, disturbance, risk, harassment, unlawful conduct, supplier refusal, or removal from a service, the traveler will be responsible for any resulting costs, losses, penalties, damages, legal fees, supplier charges, or additional arrangements.

OMH is not responsible if a supplier, hotel, airline, transport provider, guide, authority, or government official refuses service because of traveler conduct or non-compliance.

  1. Force Majeure and Events Outside OMH Control

OMH is not liable for delay, cancellation, loss, disruption, additional cost, or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside OMH reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, political instability, or security events;
  • Natural disasters, severe weather, earthquakes, floods, or fires;
  • Epidemics, pandemics, health emergencies, quarantine, or government restrictions;
  • Airline cancellations, schedule changes, airport closures, strikes, or operational disruptions;
  • Visa suspension, border closure, immigration restrictions, or government action;
  • Supplier insolvency, supplier failure, hotel overbooking, transport disruption, or third-party default;
  • Technical failures, payment-processing delays, banking delays, or system outages;
  • Changes in law, tax, regulation, travel rules, or non-Gregorian-calendar dates.

In such situations, refunds, credits, rebooking options, or alternatives will depend on supplier rules, applicable law, and the status of each booking component.

  1. Complaints and Issue Reporting

Any travel issue must be reported promptly during travel to the relevant supplier and to OMH.

For hotel issues, the traveler must first notify hotel management and allow the hotel a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

For transfer, tour, guide, or local-service issues, the traveler must notify OMH and/or the supplier as soon as reasonably possible.

Failure to report an issue during travel may limit OMH ability to investigate, assist, obtain supplier records, request compensation, or pursue a remedy from the supplier.

Complaints submitted after travel should include supporting evidence, such as photos, videos, receipts, written hotel responses, airline notices, supplier communications, names of staff spoken to, and the date/time of the issue.

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, PayPal claim, Stripe dispute, or card claim, the customer agrees to contact OMH in writing and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.

A chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel issued tickets, hotel reservations, visa submissions, transfers, tours, supplier commitments, or services already provided.

If a chargeback, card dispute, PayPal claim, Stripe dispute, or payment claim is filed for a validly authorized payment, OMH may provide the invoice, booking summary, signed authorization, payment record, customer communications, supplier confirmations, ticket records, hotel vouchers, visa records, transfer confirmations, service records, and these Terms to the payment processor, card network, issuing bank, acquiring bank, supplier, court, or other relevant party.

Nothing in this section waives any non-waivable right the customer may have under applicable law.

  1. Documents, Data, Records, and Communications

Customers authorize OMH to collect, use, transmit, and store information reasonably necessary to arrange travel services, including traveler names, passport details, visa documents, contact details, payment records, travel preferences, booking communications, supplier confirmations, and related documents.

OMH may share necessary information with airlines, hotels, visa processors, transportation providers, tour operators, guides, consolidators, payment processors, government authorities, immigration authorities, insurers, professional advisors, and other parties reasonably necessary to arrange or support travel services.

OMH may retain booking records, invoices, authorization forms, payment confirmations, WhatsApp messages, emails, passports, visa documents, supplier confirmations, complaint records, and dispute records for as long as reasonably necessary for booking performance, accounting, tax, legal, compliance, chargeback, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, audit, and recordkeeping purposes.

Customers should not send unnecessary sensitive information unless requested by OMH for a legitimate booking or verification purpose.

  1. Website Use

Customers may use the OMH website for personal, non-commercial travel inquiry and booking purposes only.

Website content, package descriptions, photographs, prices, itineraries, hotel information, promotional material, logos, branding, and written content are provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.

Website package examples, starting prices, hotel images, activities, and descriptions are subject to availability, supplier confirmation, seasonality, currency changes, tax changes, and operational changes.

OMH does not guarantee that website information is always complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Booking-specific written confirmations control over general website content.

  1. Intellectual Property

All OMH website content, branding, logos, designs, text, package descriptions, graphics, layouts, and materials are owned by or licensed to OMH, unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, mirror, frame, modify, or use OMH website content for commercial purposes without OMH prior written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMH is not responsible for injury, death, illness, loss, delay, cancellation, denied boarding, denied entry, accident, property damage, emotional distress, inconvenience, missed events, lost income, additional expenses, overbooking, schedule changes, supplier acts or omissions, supplier insolvency, or service failure caused by suppliers, authorities, or circumstances outside OMH reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMH liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid to OMH for the specific affected service giving rise to the claim.

OMH is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic losses, including independently booked services, missed events, lost income, emotional distress, reputational harm, chargeback costs, replacement travel, or expenses incurred without OMH prior written approval.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

  1. Changes to These Terms

OMH may update these Terms from time to time.

For confirmed bookings, the version of the Terms accepted at the time of booking will generally apply to that booking, unless OMH and the customer agree otherwise in writing or a change is required by law.

Updated Terms may apply to future quotations, future bookings, future payments, future website use, or future services.

No agent, consultant, sales representative, WhatsApp message, phone call, advertisement, social media post, or verbal statement may change these Terms unless confirmed in writing by authorized OMH management.

  1. New York Travel Agreement Cancellation Notice and Immediate Booking Authorization

Where applicable under New York law, you may have the right to cancel this transaction within three business days after receiving the required written disclosure.

However, travel services are time-sensitive and may involve same-day ticketing, limited fares, limited hotel availability, visa submissions, transfer confirmations, tour arrangements, supplier deadlines, and immediate supplier commitments.

By signing an invoice, replying with written approval, making a deposit, making full payment, authorizing payment, or instructing OMH to proceed, you authorize One More Holiday LLC to begin arranging, booking, ticketing, reserving, submitting, confirming, and/or committing funds to suppliers immediately, including before any cancellation period may expire.

You understand that once OMH begins work or commits funds based on your authorization, some or all booking components may become non-refundable, non-changeable, restricted, issued, submitted, confirmed, or subject to airline, hotel, visa provider, transfer provider, tour operator, consolidator, payment processor, or other supplier penalties.

This cancellation notice does not guarantee a refund of any travel component that has already been issued, ticketed, submitted, confirmed, used, partially used, or committed to a supplier at your instruction, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If a cancellation right applies and you wish to cancel, you must send written notice clearly stating that you wish to cancel to:

If a cancellation right applies, OMH will process any required refund in accordance with applicable law, supplier rules, and the status of each booking component.

  1. State-Specific Consumer Rights and Seller-of-Travel Requirements

Customers may have rights under federal, state, or local law that cannot be waived by these Terms.

Where a state-specific seller-of-travel registration, disclosure, trust account, bond, notice, or cancellation requirement applies, OMH will comply with applicable non-waivable legal requirements.

OMH may decline, delay, restrict, or modify a booking where necessary to comply with state-specific travel-seller, consumer-protection, payment, fraud-prevention, or regulatory requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right, refund right, venue right, cancellation right, or legal protection that cannot legally be waived.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any related booking, invoice, payment, package, or travel service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, any invoice, booking, payment, package, or travel service shall be subject to the state or federal courts located in Albany County, New York.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer right, venue right, refund right, cancellation right, or legal protection that cannot legally be waived.

  1. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining parts shall remain in effect.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the invoice, booking summary, itinerary, written quotation, payment request, written confirmation, and any signed authorization form, form the agreement between OMH and the customer for the relevant booking.

These Terms supersede prior general statements, advertisements, website examples, verbal discussions, or informal communications, except where OMH has expressly confirmed a different term in writing through authorized management.
